Tasks:
- Supervision and control of monetization of YouTube assets owned by ONErpm
- Lead and optimize the process of operational onboarding of new channels on ONErpm YouTube MCN
- Create and manage marketing strategies for artist channels that are part of ONErpm MCN
- Manage and perform SEO optimization of artist channels that are part of ONErpm MCN
- Lead the process of developing ONErpm MCN in Russia, including bringing in new potential channels to work with
- Explore new business opportunities focused on video content in the entertainment industry
- Analysis of MCN’s growth on YouTube
Requirements:
- Have previous experience in the video ecosystem on digital platforms
- Proven experience on MCN developing, music networks are an advantage
- Understand YouTube Content ID and content management system
- Familiar with the Russian music and creator scene
- Official YouTube certification is required
- Have enormous knowledge and interest in the independent music industry in Russia and CIS region
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a good flow of communication with other areas
- Have excellent writing and make appropriate use of language according to the target audience
- Have the ability to resolve conflicts and assertive crisis management
- Know the social networks, their audiences and tools
- Be purposeful and creative when creating communication plans and projects
- Advanced level of English language
