[Artist Support] — Sound-Alike content

Why sound-alikes are not allowed

Why are re-recordings very similar to the originals (“Sound-alikes”) not allowed?

The term “Sound-Alike” refers to when the artist records a song very similar to the original. This can be characterized by digital platforms as misleading (misleading content) and this album / EP / single may be removed.

If the artist wants to distribute a cover, he must do everything from scratch. That is, create your own database, obtain authorization for the re-recording and, only after all this in hand, you must upload and distribute it for analysis by our approval curators.
