ONE Publishing 2024

How We Made an Impact on Global Music

This year has been one hit after another for ONE Publishing, and we want to share how we made it happen. Behind every number is hard work, strategy, and, most importantly, music. If you’ve ever wondered what a year full of effort looks like in the world of music publishing, here’s the breakdown.

The Numbers Behind the Music

In 2024, our clients’ music reached further than ever:

  • Our songwriters generated over 58 billion streams.
  • We registered 28,900 songs with PROs worldwide, ensuring every track is protected and ready to generate revenue. This step is key to making sure songwriters receive what they deserve.
  • We collected royalties in 159 countries, thanks to new strategic partnerships.

What does this mean? It means we ensure that every stream, play, and use of our clients’ music translates into real income.

Sync Placements That Amplify Stories

In 2024, we synced 45 songs in movies, series, and video games. Here are some of the highlights:

Film (US):
Bad Boys: Ride or Die – “Flores Pa Ti” performed by BECKY G, LUISA SONZA, and PAPATINHO.

Series (Colombia):
Betty La Fea – “Pintura,” “Apágame el Fuego,” and “Sigue Creyendo,” performed by YOKY BARRIOS and EL BARRAGÁN.

Series (Brazil):
Cidade de Deus – “Sensacion de Liberdade,” performed by LEALL, BK, NAGALLI, and ROCCO.

Soap Opera (Brazil):
Mania de Você – “Ensayo das Maravilhas,” performed by MANEIRINHO.

Video Game (US):
NBA2K25 – “Trucha,” performed by JASMINE ALVARADO.
NBA2K25 – “For My City,” performed by MAINO.

New Partnerships Expanding Boundaries

This year, we signed direct agreements with key collective management organizations, including:

BUMA/STEMRA (Netherlands)

SAYCE (Ecuador)

SOCAN (Canada)

SADAIC (Argentina)

Koda (Denmark)

These partnerships allow us to manage royalties more efficiently and transparently, reducing intermediaries. This ensures that revenue goes directly to the artists faster and without complications.

Collaboration: The Engine for New Music

In 2024, we created spaces where music magic happened:

  • Hosted four Song Camps where over 20 artists collaborated, producing more than 15 new songs. These sessions not only create hits but also foster connections and new opportunities.
  • Participated in 11 key industry conferences, from BOmm in Bogotá to SXSW in Austin, sharing our vision and expanding our network.

If there’s one thing we’ve learned this year, it’s that music publishing is so much more than numbers and royalties. It’s the bridge that connects artists with new opportunities, ensuring their work is valued and rewarded.

At ONE Publishing, every partnership, registration, and sync placement is a step toward a brighter future for our artists.

Are you ready for 2025? So are we.
