Orfeón Videovox, one of the most iconic and influential independent record labels in Latin America, announces a strategic alliance with ONErpm, a digital platform that, after a decade of evolution, has established itself as a comprehensive music label supporting artists around the globe. This partnership aims to strengthen and expand the digital presence of Orfeón‘s historic music catalog, considered one of the richest and most diverse in the region.
With over seven decades of history, Orfeón has been home to legends such as Pedro Infante, José Alfredo Jiménez, La Sonora Matancera, Lupita D’Alessio, Celia Cruz, Agustín Lara, Lola Beltrán, Toña la Negra, Marco Antonio Muñiz, Pérez Prado, Cepillín, Los Rebeldes del Rock, Grupo Cañaveral, Los Yaguarú, Tania Libertad, among many others. Its catalog spans thousands of recordings in genres ranging from bolero, ranchera, danzón, and mambo, to rock & roll, tropical, pop, children’s music, and romantic ballads—making it a cornerstone in the history of Spanish-language music.
