Receipt of Ticket or Notification of Pending Approval of the album, what should I do?

If the artist receives a notification regarding pending approval, the artist only needs to update what was requested and republish their album.

If the artist receives a ticket in the account support area, he must update what was requested, republish the album and respond to the ticket. Our approval team will reevaluate what has been updated and if it is correct the album will be approved and sent to digital platforms.

If the artist is unable to complete an update, it is still necessary to respond to the ticket, so our team will provide guidance with the best way to adapt to what was requested.
